With The World in Chaos: How Could Anyone Even Consider Voting for Kamala Harris?

As we approach one of the most critical elections in our nation’s history, it’s absolutely mind-boggling that anyone could seriously consider Kamala Harris as a viable candidate for president. With the overwhelming chaos engulfing the Biden-Harris administration, this choice isn’t just bad; it’s dangerous. Harris’s leadership—or lack thereof—has been on full display, and the results have been catastrophic.

Feckless Leadership at Every Turn

How did we get here? It’s simple: we have been saddled with an administration that cannot handle even basic governance. Let’s start with the Middle East. Iran has launched an unprecedented missile assault on Israel, and what has Harris done? Hardly anything. In fact, she’s been more interested in fundraising on the West Coast than addressing the actual crisis at hand. While President Biden pretends to care, offering flimsy and failed attempts at diplomacy, Harris stays in the shadows, avoiding responsibility at every turn. This is leadership? Hardly.

This administration is a glaring example of what happens when the wrong people are in charge. Under Harris’s watch, we’ve seen crisis after crisis escalate without resolution. Look at what’s happening domestically: Hurricane Helene has ravaged six states, yet the federal response has been tepid at best. We’ve seen FEMA gutted, resources diverted to tackle an immigration crisis that Harris also contributed to by failing to secure the border. And now, thanks to her mismanagement, American citizens are left to fend for themselves in the wake of natural disasters.

Economic Chaos and Supply Chain Disasters

If that wasn’t bad enough, look at our ports. From Maine to Texas, a massive strike is paralyzing our supply chains, and what has the administration done to address it? Nothing meaningful. This marks the first major dockworkers’ strike since 1977, and the administration is content to sit on its hands. 45,000 dockworkers are on strike, and Harris is absent. The longer this strike goes on, the worse it will get—supply shortages, rising costs, and empty shelves will become the new normal under Harris’s watch. Remember when the Biden administration promised to “Build Back Better”? Well, under Kamala Harris, we are “Breaking Down Faster” than we can even comprehend.

Update Since I wrote this yesterday:  Strike is on hold until after the election – isn’t that convenient…..)

Trump’s Leadership in Contrast

And let’s not forget the glaring contrast to all of this: when Donald Trump was in office, there were no wars in the Middle East. Love him or hate him, he kept America safe and prosperous. Iran was under control, there were no massive port strikes, and our economy was thriving. Trump kept both our enemies and allies on notice, ensuring that America always came first. Compare that to Harris, who seems more interested in projecting a false image of strength while the country falls apart. Republicans like Nikki Haley have pointed out that during Trump’s time, there was stability and peace, while under Harris and Biden, the world is spiraling into chaos. Why? Because no one knows where we stand anymore. Allies are uncertain, enemies are emboldened, and our nation is left rudderless.

Harris’s Failed Messaging and Political Opportunism

Kamala Harris has tried to thread the needle, attempting to distance herself from Biden’s failures while remaining his loyal sidekick. But she cannot have it both ways. Her record speaks for itself. She’s been silent on key issues while disasters rage on both internationally and domestically. She has tried to frame herself as a “new way forward,” but in reality, she offers nothing more than the same disastrous policies that have brought us to the brink.

Her recent public appearances, hastily thrown together in the wake of the Iranian missile crisis, are nothing but political opportunism. She says her “commitment to the security of Israel is unwavering.” Really? Where was that commitment when Israel needed actual leadership and support? She wants to sound tough now, but her track record shows a woman who is out of her depth, unwilling to step up when the stakes are highest. Just look at her performance during the Afghanistan withdrawal—one of the biggest foreign policy disasters in recent history. She’s had her chances to prove her worth, and she’s failed every time.

Harris is No Leader

The question we must ask ourselves is this: How can anyone, in good conscience, vote for Kamala Harris? She has proven time and again that she is unwilling or unable to lead. Under her watch, we’ve seen foreign policy failures, domestic disasters, and an economy teetering on the edge of collapse.

Now, with a historic port strike threatening to cripple the country even further, Harris is nowhere to be found. This isn’t the leadership America needs. This isn’t even leadership at all. It’s avoidance, and it’s incompetence. With Trump, we had decisive action. With Harris, we get indecision, delays, and chaos. America simply cannot afford another four years of this.

Final Thoughts

So why would anyone consider voting for Kamala Harris? The world is on fire, and she’s out fundraising. Our economy is on the brink, and she’s nowhere to be found. We need leadership—strong, decisive, and clear-eyed. Kamala Harris has shown us that she is not that leader. In fact, she’s the opposite. Voting for Harris would be voting for more chaos, more uncertainty, and more failure. America deserves better.

Why would any woman today want Kamala representing them as the the first women to be President?

But these questions pale in comparison to whether any woman should be considered for civil leadership?

“Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able MEN, such as fear God, MEN of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers….” (Exodus 18:21)

“As for my people, children are their oppressors, and women rule over them. O my people, they which lead thee cause thee to err, and destroy the way of thy paths.” (Isaiah 3:12)

“But I suffer not a woman to … to usurp authority over the man….” (1 Timothy 2:12)

This is not to say that the men in positions of civil leadership are any more biblically qualified than are today’s women – they’re not.

You can thank Article 6’s Christian test ban (by which mandatory biblical qualifications were likewise eliminated) on both counts.
