Biden Betrayal of Our Closest Ally – U.S. Pauses Arms to Israel!

In a recent and controversial decision, President Joe Biden has announced a pause on military aid to Israel, specifically withholding weapons typically used in operations like those in Rafah, Gaza. This decision was discussed during an interview where Biden stated, “If they go into Rafah, I’m not supplying the weapons that have been used historically to deal with Rafah. It’s just wrong.” This move has sparked intense debate and concern, suggesting a shift in U.S. policy that could be seen as a betrayal of one of its most steadfast allies in pursuit of appeasing domestic political factions.

Details of the Decision

President Biden’s decision comes amid escalating tensions in Gaza, particularly in Rafah, a city known both as a Hamas stronghold and a shelter for over a million civilians. The U.S. concern, as stated by Biden, centers on the high risk of civilian casualties if a full-scale military operation were to unfold. The administration’s public stance was further echoed by a senior U.S. official who acknowledged the withholding of ammunition aimed at sending a clear message to Israel to restrain from escalating military actions in Rafah.

The Context of Ceasefire Talks

The decision to pause arms shipments aligns with a critical moment in ceasefire negotiations between Israel and Hamas. Despite the U.S. push for moderation, ceasefire talks have reportedly hit a wall. According to CBC News, Hamas initially accepted a ceasefire proposal, but disputes over the terms set by Israel have led to fears of renewed conflict. The Israeli government remains under pressure from coalition members who insist on continuing the offensive against Hamas, complicating the path to peace.

Impact on Israeli Strategy

Israeli officials have reportedly expressed private fury over the U.S. decision, though they have publicly tried to minimize its impact. The pause in arms shipments has not only strained diplomatic relations but has also put Israel in a precarious position as it navigates its military options in Gaza. The delicate balance of asserting military strength while avoiding large-scale civilian casualties has become even more challenging under the scrutiny of its primary ally.

Humanitarian Concerns

The humanitarian situation in Gaza is dire, with residents experiencing severe shortages of medical supplies and fuel for generators. Aid trucks, previously unable to enter Gaza, have only recently resumed movement, but the relief is minimal against the backdrop of potential large-scale military escalation. Civilians, caught in the crossfire, face a grim reality, as noted by a Canadian working with the World Health Organization in Rafah: “Nowhere is completely safe… you just can’t imagine how many people might die if there’s a great escalation in the fighting.”

Final Thoughts

President Biden’s decision to withhold military aid at this juncture appears to be a politically driven maneuver aimed at appeasing the far-left base of the Democratic Party, rather than a measured strategy in support of long-term U.S. foreign policy goals. This action not only jeopardizes the delicate balance of power in the Middle East but also risks alienating a key ally. As the situation in Gaza continues to develop, the U.S. may find itself sidelined in broader regional dynamics, with its credibility and influence potentially diminished. This pause in arms shipments could be remembered as a significant misstep, influenced more by domestic politics than by the strategic imperatives of peace and stability in the region.

Biden’s abandonment of an ally proves his ineptness as a diplomat. Israel does not need our help. The support is symbolic in the fight against terrorists. Who will trust the US to back them up now? He may find it politically useful to back China or Russia against NATO. The US, both internationally and at home is a disgrace. He is abandoning American hostages for votes in Wisconsin

Why do I get the feeling that poor little Joe and his puppet masters have overstepped a line, and is about to learn all about the wrath of Almighty God, Who might be finally losing His patience and getting a bellyful of His “Chosen People” being mistreated?
Little Joe and friends might want to read about God’s promise (and curse) in Genisis 12: 3 before making any more decisions about helping (blessing) or not helping Israel.

The ‘Wrath of Almighty God’ did nothing to prevent this evil, so don’t expect any mystical help.

Let us not forget who started this war. Israel has the right to defend itself just as we did after 911. Biden would rather secure more votes thru the college unrest than backup our closest ally, this man is a disgrace to the office he holds. A very weak individual not realizing what he has done. We all thought that Jimmy Carter was weak, but this takes the cake.

I knew Biden was on his way to being senile, but this betrayal of Israel proves him to be unable to lead our country. He’s turning on our closest allies and siding with our worst enemies. I am sorry to say this, but he is hurting this country in every way possible. I truly would rather not believe that Biden is trying to destroy the US as we know it, but consider his actions the economy, the border, our military and to our allies.

20 years ago a little sweet Gazan baby boy, indoctrinated with Nazi inspired Islamic hate from birth, grew up to be a rapist and murderer. So will the little boys in Gaza today.

Gazan’s overwhelmingly voted Hamas into power. So they would again.

Egypt and Jordan refuse to take these animals in for the threat they pose to their own rule.
    Kill’em all Israel.
