Perdue Says Kemp Stopped 2020 Probe

The Bombshell Testimony

On September 6, 2022, former U.S. Senator David Perdue testified to a special grand jury in Fulton County and made a startling claim. Perdue says Vic Reynolds, then head of the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, told him in November 2021 that he would not investigate alleged ballot harvesting because the governor did not want an investigation. Perdue said Reynolds told him quote I m a team player and that if the governor did not want to investigate they were not going to investigate. That assertion was revealed when the protective order over the grand jury transcripts was lifted and these pages became public. If true this is not a whisper behind closed doors. It is a public official saying political preference dictated whether an inquiry would move forward.

What Perdue Said About the GBI

Perdue told the grand jury that Reynolds had seen the evidence in May 2021 and found it compelling. He said the evidence included video footage cell phone records testimony and bank data that all pointed in the same direction. Yet by November the investigation was effectively stopped according to Perdue s account. When questioned by prosecutor Nathan Wade Perdue rejected the official line that the Secretary of State s office and the GBI had already cleared the events at State Farm Arena saying quote That s your opinion That s not fact. Those are strong words from a man who was involved in the same election and who watched the evidence closely. His statement turns on two competing claims one that investigators saw enough to pursue and another that political direction shut that pursuit down.

True The Vote s Role and the Evidence Timeline

True The Vote brought much of the material to the attention of Georgia officials in early 2021 according to their statements. They say they met with Reynolds and his team in May and provided geospatial research and other data. They also say the FBI offered to host a secure database to preserve chain of custody across states though the FBI did not itself collect evidence. The GBI later sent a letter to the Atlanta Journal Constitution stating that a source to validate ballot harvesting had not been provided. True The Vote disputes that account saying they attempted to reengage and were shut out. The timing matters because it places the so called compelling evidence months before the GBI s reported decision not to pursue the matter.

Questions for Governor Kemp and Prosecutors

If the head of the GBI did tell a former senator that he was not going to investigate at the governor s direction then voters deserve answers. Was the governor aware of the GBI s early views on the material presented? Did anyone on the special prosecutors team disclose a halted or refused investigation when pursuing the RICO case against the former president and others? Defense teams now have a sworn statement that an avenue of inquiry may have been closed for political reasons. That raises potential Brady issues and prosecutorial disclosure questions because prosecutors are required to turn over information that could help the defense learn the full context of decisions made by law enforcement.

Where This Could Go Next

With the protective order lifted more testimony and documents will come to light and federal authorities including the Department of Justice and the FBI have signaled interest in events in Fulton County. If additional sworn statements match Perdue s account the scandal shifts from contested allegations to a pattern of officials saying they refused to follow leads. That does not by itself prove wrongdoing but it does change the political and legal narrative dramatically. Republicans will press for answers and Democrats will insist on context. Either way voters should expect a lot more digging and a good bit of courtroom drama to follow.

\\\I think we all knew that the 2020 election in GA, and particularly Fulton County, was wrought with fraud and corruption! And not only did it impact the presidential election, but in all likelihood the two senate seats as well!! Personally, I suspect that both Perdue and Loeffler both won those seats without fraud and corruption! Both were more qualified candidates than Ossoff and Warnock…… There is little question that not only was GA election results corrupted, but it is becoming clear that Donald J Trump did indeed beat dementia Joe! NO way did Biden get 81 million votes in that election!

It’s time for politicians and government officials to be sent to prison for a long time. It’s all going to be exposed and the hammer is coming down hard. Better start running before the truth comes out and the American people go nuts and are going to want blood for all there corruption. Game over.
