Must Read! Trump’s Maduro Move Should Target Enemy Within

What happened with Maduro and why it matters

President Trump and his team made a high profile move by treating Nicolás Maduro as an international criminal and pursuing actions that sent a message: leaders who threaten the United States will face consequences. That operation was aimed at a foreign dictator accused by U.S. authorities of drug trafficking, undermining democracy, and cozying up to hostile powers. The point is simple. When American interests are at stake we act. That sets a precedent that many conservatives now want applied closer to home through lawful means.

Comparing threats abroad to problems inside the country

It is fair to compare the danger that a hostile foreign regime poses with the damage caused by public officials who consistently break laws, enable criminal networks, or subvert constitutional norms. The key difference is jurisdiction. Removing a foreign leader requires different tools than holding a domestic official accountable. But the principle is the same: if someone is a clear, provable threat to the republic, the rule of law must be used to stop them.

Evidence and the rule of law matter

Conservatives want accountability. That means investigations with evidence, indictments when warranted, fair trials, and removal from office through established legal channels. Calls to “arrest” political opponents without evidence or due process are not conservative principles. The proper way is to use indictments, impeachment, disbarment, ethics investigations, and criminal prosecution where the facts meet the legal standard.

Which tools are available inside the United States

There are existing mechanisms to hold public officials accountable: federal and state prosecutors, congressional oversight and impeachment, judicial discipline commissions, and ethics boards. For alleged corruption or criminal activity the Department of Justice can investigate and bring charges. For abuses of power by judges or officials there are removal and impeachment processes. Conservatives who want results should focus energy on supporting those lawful tools and demanding transparent, timely investigations.

Allegations to pursue that affect national security

Certain allegations deserve special scrutiny because they affect national security: collusion with hostile foreign powers, aiding transnational criminal organizations, facilitating large scale voter fraud, and abusing law enforcement for political ends. These are serious charges that warrant professional investigation by the appropriate authorities. Advocates should push for independent, well-resourced probes and resist politicized shortcuts that undermine public confidence.

Political strategy for conservatives who want accountability

If conservatives want to replicate the effect of tough action abroad, do it legally at home: elect officials committed to enforcing the law, back prosecutors who will follow evidence, demand forensic audits and oversight, and support reforms that close loopholes exploited by bad actors. Use the ballot, the courts, and legitimate investigative processes. That is how you sustain the moral high ground and build durable change.

It would be extremely refreshing to be able to go after those in political positions at all levels in similar cases as we go after foreign “bad actors”! For MANY years politicians have been immune to any repercussions for their crimes against our country and American citizens! That NEEDS to come to a screeching stop! As is commonly said “NO ONE is above the law”! Politicians have been sheltered for far too many years! No party is exempt! Hold ’em accountable at long last!

The “actions” that President Trump is taking relative to these dictatorial nations & halting their drug trade is truly a 1st. It begs the question of why America did not see any such actions on the part of the liberal Administrations over the past 12 of 16 yrs. The hundreds of thousands of deaths that occurred in our country due to this illegal drug trade could have been drastically reduced if both Barry & Joe put America 1st. It is NO surprise what the left wing Socialists priorities were and that was to further Americas demise & “line the pockets” of the Progressive left. Our country deserves better and accountability in DC is paramount.

Elections are the problem here in California. Election fraud is rampant. The Democrat super-majority California legislature will not support secure, accurate, and transparent elections because the election fraud favors them to win elections. California voters are working to get a Voter ID initiative on the November 2026 ballot. Those who support and commit election fraud of course do not want this. Stay tuned!

There’s a lot of democrats I’d like to see held accountable, starting with the Clintons, Obama’s, Comey, Schiff, Pelsoi, Schumer. Omar, Tlaib, Crockett, Swalwell, Clapper, Brennan, Strzok, Page and many more in the democrat party. And a couple of republicans, McCain and Kinzinger.
All should be investigated and where wrong doing is found, and wrong doing will be found, they are held accountable and prosecuted where required.
Too many democrats and DC bureaucrats are getting away with crimes and not being held to account and that needs to change.
