Its an interesting article but I think you are putting emphasis on a solution that has failed in every way its been tried and in fact is part of the problem. Collectivism does not work. Its the keystone of all Socialist and Communist systems. The old one size fits all. The breakup of the family structure in America started with LBJ and his “Great Society”. The cure all for Poverty. Basically it was a vote buying scheme cloaked in the altruistic garbage of End Poverty and Racism with new kinds of Racism and Poverty.
What’s helped destroy the family more than anything is the loss of self responsibility. Government will provide. There are women raising children in single parent households that were raised in single mother households and its considered heresy to criticize this kind of living arrangement yet its done major damage the country.
