President Trump has once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to holding failed liberal leaders accountable, this time turning his focus to Maryland’s far-left Governor Wes Moore. The confrontation ignited after Moore, in a characteristically nasty and provocative tone, challenged the President to “walk our communities” of Baltimore, absurdly claiming it is “one of the greatest cities in the United States of America.”
Rather than accept the hollow boasts of a failing governor, President Trump did what he does best: he obliterated the weak argument with facts and force.

In a powerful response, President Trump masterfully exposed the dire reality Moore desperately tries to conceal. “I assume he is talking about out of control, crime ridden, Baltimore?” the President wrote, before succinctly dismantling the Governor’s record. “Wes Moore’s record on Crime is a very bad one, unless he fudges his figures on crime like many of the other ‘Blue States’ are doing.”
Trump then offered the same decisive leadership that has successfully restored law and order in other Democrat-run disaster zones, stating, “if Wes Moore needs help, like Gavin Newscum did in L.A., I will send in the ‘troops,’ which is being done in nearby DC, and quickly clean up the Crime. After only one week, there is NO CRIME AND NO MURDER IN DC!” This stands in stark contrast to the empty rhetoric of Moore, whose city is ranked the “4th WORST CITY IN THE NATION IN CRIME & MURDER.”
Furthermore, President Trump rightly brought to light deeply uncomfortable questions the liberal media consistently ignores regarding Governor Moore’s credibility. As revealed last year, Moore falsely claimed on an official application to have received a prestigious Bronze Star for his military service, later weakly dismissing the serious discrepancy as an “honest mistake.”
President Trump, refusing to let such a potential deception slide, directly asked the question mainstream journalists are too biased to pursue: “Did Wes Moore, the Governor of Maryland, lie about getting a Bronze Star?” This is a crucial line of inquiry, especially as Moore is rumored to be considering a run for the 2028 Democratic Presidential nomination. The American people deserve absolute transparency from their leaders, not the glossed-over résumé embellishments that the partisan press routinely excuses for those on the left.

Baltimore was a great city at one time. Now its unsafe to be in the streets after dark. I hope President Trump can end the crime there and return it to the people
I have done two really, really smart things in my life. I asked a beautiful woman to marry me. and she said yes. And, number two–I had an opportunity to leave Baltimore and I took it. I remember the city fondly up until about 1965 at which time it started a slow slide into the rat hole it is today. Two of my five children still live there and they can’t wait to leave. My family has roots in that community for well over 125 years, and they’re all gone. And none of them miss it. It’s a dump. period
