The democratic party is in a lose, lose situation!! The moderates are hating the hard move to the radical socialist left but know that’s where the misguided push has gotten! I’m wondering if the party doesn’t split into the “socialist” hard core left and the “old time” democrats? There really isn’t a rational middle ground! Bernie, Lizzy, AOC, Jazzy and other socialist have gained the upper hand and effectively hold the part hostage until more rational folks surface and grow a spine (or balls)!
If the more reasonable and moderate democrat’s of that party are really concerned about and strongly disapprove of where and what the radical caucus of the party has dragged it and what it has and continues to be turned into, then those of the democrat party who are moderate, reasonable democrat’s who want what is best for America and American’s, are proud of the nation’s history, tradition’s and accomplishment’s, then they need to come together and appose every radical position and agenda put forward by AOC and the rest of her fellow anti American, ideologically Marxist agenda even if it mean’s voting with the republican’s and conservatives. That is the best way they have to save their party from the radical wing and bring it back toward the center and again make it a party which actually want’s the nation to be strong, prosperous and secure. Which believes and holds high regard for the ideals the republic was founded. To stand by and offer no opposition out of fear of angering the radical, unhinged base the AOC side of their party panders to makes them just as dangerous and as culpable because they refuse to act and instead do nothing and continue to go along out of fear even though they know it is destructive and damaging to the nation. The oath they swore to before taking their seat in the portion that was read to them and they repeated stating “I will up hold and protect the constitution of the United States from all enemies foreign and domestic” did not pertain to nor allude to an armed threat from within or out, but to the very kind of threat that the radical faction which has taken control of their party are and have been in the past 13 years. The protection of and continued survival of the republic, the constitution and the ideals within it which our nation was founded and over a million American’s have fought and bled for in it’s defence since the revolution is and should be to those democrat’s opposed to the radical element of their party (as should all members of both parties) the most important thing above party, ideology or their own reelection.
