Noem didn’t mince words about the broader trend of liberal judges weaponizing the bench. “We’ve seen this across the country over and over and over again where judges are getting political. President Trump has consistently stood with ICE and Border Patrol, empowering them to do their jobs despite relentless opposition from Democrats and the fake news media. While Biden’s judges side with criminals, Trump fights for law and order—a stark contrast that the American people won’t forget in 2024.
All of the federal agencies carrying out national policy against illegal aliens should clearly tell any judge below SCOTUS issuing a national edict to stay in their constitutional lane. Then carry on with what they were doing. If said “judge” then issues an arrest order against any person acting on national business charge him/her with obstruction of justice and publicly haul them off for a perp walk.
The problem is not just with federal judges playing politics from the bench it is also city county and state judges doing the same thing playing politics from the bench and we the people have to suffer because of their political stunts
All these so called judges should be arrested for obstruction of justice and stripped of their power and disbarred. Actually, in my opinion, their rulings supporting illegals seems traitorous to our country. I believe traitors are or should be executed for “national security” reasons.

Did the Supreme Court not just say that they had to stay in their district for their decisions? Somebody with a backbone needs to start locking those degenerates in prison for trying to override the Executive Branch! Put the treasonous snakes in Alligator Alcatraz!
