She Thought She Could Get Away With Assaulting ICE Agents – Watch Her Cry Now [Video]

New Jersey Democrat Rep. LaMonica McIver appeared on Jen Psaki’s MSNBC show this week, whining about the “scary situation” of facing federal charges for allegedly assaulting law enforcement officers during an anti-ICE rally. McIver, who pleaded not guilty, claimed she “never thought [she] would be facing charges as a sitting congresswoman”—a stunning admission that perfectly encapsulates the left’s arrogant belief that they are immune to accountability.

Of course, McIver isn’t alone in her delusion. The liberal elite, from activists to politicians, have spent years breaking laws, inciting violence, and undermining American institutions while expecting zero repercussions. Whether it’s Antifa rioters escaping prosecution, corrupt bureaucrats weaponizing the justice system, or Democrats openly flouting immigration laws, the left operates under the assumption that rules don’t apply to them. Meanwhile, President Donald Trump and his supporters face relentless persecution for daring to challenge the establishment.

McIver’s crocodile tears about her family are particularly galling. “When they’re saying that you’re going to face 17 years in prison, I’m thinking about my daughter, who’s 9 years old. I’m thinking about my husband, my family. And it’s like, ‘Oh, my God, this is awful,’” she told Psaki. But where was this sympathy when Trump was dragged through years of bogus investigations, impeachments, and lawfare designed to bankrupt and imprison him? The hypocrisy is staggering.

The congresswoman’s case stems from a 2025 incident where she allegedly interfered with federal officers during a protest at an ICE detention center—a facility she visited under the guise of “congressional oversight.” Yet, if a conservative had done the same, the liberal media would be demanding maximum punishment. Instead, Psaki and MSNBC frame McIver as a victim, further proof of the left’s two-tiered justice system.

President Trump, meanwhile, has endured unprecedented political persecution, from the Russia hoax to the sham January 6 hearings, all while the real lawbreakers—like McIver—get softball interviews and fawning coverage. The contrast couldn’t be clearer: Democrats riot, obstruct, and assault without consequence, while Republicans are targeted for thought crimes.

WATCH

McIver’s case should serve as a wake-up call. If she truly believes in equality under the law, she should accept the same standard applied to Trump and his supporters. But don’t hold your breath—the left’s motto has always been “rules for thee, not for me.”

Not guilty eh?? Too bad it was caught on camera!! Difficult to deny when the evidence was on TV! Hope she does get a little jail time at least! NO way that a sitting congressional person would end up with 17 years in prison (as she should be). But that just isn’t going to happen. John Q Public would face that but not politicians unfortunately!

She is still lying. You were wrong and anything you say is wrong. You didn’t think you would be punished for hitting people. Don’t start my child crap because you didn’t think of your child all the while you were beating on a agent and pushing people around. You used the race card. Peppermint Patty sitting there crying with you. Both of you are disgusting. You broke the rules and laws. Now stand up and take your punishment. You disrespected the office you hold. You should go to jail. You put on a show and thought you and your friends thought no matter what you did you would get away with it. This not Obama or Biden government anymore. Violence is what you’re all about. Democrats have become the enemy of America

Too bad the ICE agents didn’t beat her in the head with nightsticks until she was left as a vegetable.

Of course, she is “non guilty”! They would have to present evidence that she
    !) interfered with federal officers.
    2) beat, bruised, or otherwise ill-treated a federal officer .
Ha-ha ! She brought her own photographer to record the incident. Oh well, can’t get by on your looks forever.

Hmmmm………………………………. never thought I would see this. Seems that politicians have always been too……..entitled to be held responsible for their own actions. Will those that have had similar run ins with the law just in the last few weeks face the same justice? Still waiting to see.

No one is above the law, but I am a sitting member of the United States Congress. I thought I was above the law. I wasn’t interfering with federal officers. I just pushed them, while trying to force my way into a federal facility. Isn’t assaulting federal officers part of Congressional Oversight ?

She was guilty as sin. We saw what she did and being a sitting congresswoman does NOT put her above the law. What did she have a leftist judge and jury (if there was a jury). Because we saw it and it as plain as it could be. She should do time. If only a little time, it would at least teach those that THINK they are above the rest of us that there are repercussions.

Just another Black woman who’s bin carried because of DEI programs and is clueless and thinks she’s entitled to be respected because she’s black and better than everyone else. It seems all these black woman politicians with big mouths think they can do anything they want without repercussions to their actions. Surprise surprise no one even them aren’t above the law. Ask James fat Fanny Willis and Crockett Waters they are learning the hard way also. Just stay in the ghetto even though the hood doesn’t want anything to do with you.
