Despite these endorsements, Colby’s path to confirmation is allegedly encountering obstacles due to Senator Cotton’s interventions. Charlie Kirk, the influential founder and CEO of Turning Point USA, vocally criticized Cotton’s actions, suggesting they undermine Trump’s vision for the Department of Defense.
