Police Charge First Man For Breaking Trump’s Orders On Burning The US Flag!

In a powerful defense of national unity and respect for the nation’s most sacred symbols, the Trump administration has taken a necessary and lawful stand against the destructive act of flag desecration. The recent executive order, which makes the burning of the American flag a prosecutable offense, is a justified measure to protect the integrity of the United States and its citizens from acts intended to incite division and violence.

This action stands in stark contrast to the rhetoric of the liberal media, which often seeks to glorify and defend such unpatriotic demonstrations under the misguided banner of free speech.

The administration’s order eloquently and correctly identifies the flag as “the most sacred and cherished symbol of the United States of America, and of American freedom, identity, and strength.” It further states that “Desecrating it is uniquely offensive and provocative. It is a statement of contempt, hostility, and violence against our Nation.”

This is a sentiment shared by millions of patriotic Americans who are tired of seeing the emblem of their country—a symbol paid for with the blood of heroes—willfully destroyed by those seeking to tear down the very institutions that guarantee their freedoms. The order astutely notes that this act is “also used by groups of foreign nationals as a calculated act to intimidate and threaten violence against Americans,” highlighting that this is not merely a domestic protest issue, but a matter of national security and public safety.

The liberal media’s immediate framing of the veteran’s detention as a free speech issue is a deliberate and predictable misdirection. Their coverage consistently ignores the profound disrespect shown to the nation and to the countless veterans who, unlike this individual, hold the flag in the highest esteem. While the protester, Jay Carey, claimed, “It’s your First Amendment right to burn the American Flag! No president can make a law. Period!”, this argument willfully disregards the context of the executive order, which addresses the potential for such acts to incite violence and disorder.

His statement, “I’m burning this flag as a protest of that illegal, fascist president,” is precisely the kind of hateful and incendiary rhetoric that the order seeks to mitigate, demonstrating a blatant disregard for the office of the presidency and the rule of law.

President Trump’s action is a reaffirmation of his commitment to law and order and to preserving the core values that bind the nation together. It is a directive that commands the federal government to use its constitutional authority to uphold the dignity of the American experiment.

The liberal media’s outrage is not rooted in a principled defense of the Constitution, but in a continued pattern of opposition to any policy that strengthens national pride and condemns acts of symbolic violence against the fabric of American society.

If this fat dude is truly a Veteran and has an honorable discharge, it needs to be revoked and changed to dishonorable!! NO patriot vet would EVER consider burning the stars and stripes. We served in combat, lost too many of our family and friends defending that cherished symbol of our country! I was an Air Force pilot for 6+ years and flew 116 combat missions in Vietnam! I may be 79 years old, but I’m willing to take an ass kicking by a group of these POS subhumans trying to stop the burning of our flag! Take pride in our country and its great history of 250 years!!!! I detest Colin Kaepernick, but burning our flag is 20 times worse than taking a knee before football games! Wake the hell up……..

I’m 74, served Army 70-72 and I ain’t much for fighting anymore, but when that vet lit my flag, somebody is going to the hospital. Most likely him, but I’ve been beat before, and would glad take another ass whipping and a trip to county or hospital and then jail over that flag of mine.
I’m right there with you, sir!

Instead of charging them with burning the American flag, which raised first amendment issues, they should charge them with doing a public burning without a permit. That way it would apply to burning the US flag or burning a pile of garbage on the steps of City Hall. Municipalities often require permits for a public burning of any kind. That might resolve the first amendment issues.

Trumps executive order addresses what you described. The perp will be charged with something like- inciting a riot. Flag burning is legal according to the first amendment, but that brilliant democrat didn’t bother reading the language of the executive order. He’ll go to jail for 1 to 3 years. They generally make examples out of the first few idiots that do that. He’s gonna be crying for mommy right off the bat. Should spend $10-20K on lawyers as well.
I love what Trump is doing. He ain’t old enough to be, but he is, my Daddy !
