The Department of Defense’s (DoD) latest recruitment ad is a powerful rebuke to the failed “woke” policies of previous administrations. Gone are the days of electric tanks, gender ideology indoctrination, and climate change fanaticism—replaced by a relentless focus on combat readiness and American strength. The high-octane video, featuring explosions, fighter jets, and soldiers in peak physical condition, is a stark departure from the cringe-worthy, politically correct campaigns of the past. With narration pulled from speeches by Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth and President Donald Trump, the message is clear: the U.S. military is back to its core mission—winning wars.
“No more distractions. No more electric tanks. No more gender confusion, no more climate change worship. We are laser-focused on our mission of war-fighting,” Hegseth declares. And he’s absolutely right. The liberal media may clutch their pearls over the absence of “diversity” in the ad, but real Americans know that a military built on feelings rather than fighting prowess is doomed to fail. The left’s obsession with turning the armed forces into a social experiment has been an unmitigated disaster, leading to recruitment shortfalls and plummeting morale. But under Trump’s leadership, the tide is turning.
The DoD’s new approach is already yielding results. U.S. Army Recruiting reported its most successful December in 15 years in 2024, enlisting 346 soldiers a day—proof that young Americans still respond to a message of strength, honor, and patriotism. Hegseth credits this resurgence to Trump’s “bold and strong” leadership, a far cry from the weak, apologetic rhetoric of past commanders-in-chief.

Trump’s vision for the military isn’t just about brute force—it’s about smart, strategic dominance that deters conflict before it starts. “We will measure our success not only by the battles we win, but also by the wars we end, and perhaps most importantly, the wars we never get into. It’s called peace through strength,” Trump says in the ad. This isn’t the reckless interventionism of the Bush years or the feckless retreat of the Obama-Biden era. It’s a disciplined, America-first foreign policy that puts our soldiers—and our nation’s security—first.
While the liberal media sneers at Trump’s unapologetic patriotism, the rest of the world is taking notice. “Through our power and might, we will lead the world to peace. Our friends will respect us, our enemies will fear us, and the whole world will admire the unrivaled greatness of the United States military,” Trump proclaims. Compare that to the left’s vision of an America that grovels for forgiveness, embraces weakness, and surrenders to globalist agendas.
BREAKING: In December 2024, the @USArmy had its best recruiting number in 12 years.
In January 2025, the Army hit its best recruiting number in 15 YEARS.
BOTTOM LINE: America’s youth want to serve under the bold & strong “America First” leadership of @realDonaldTrump.

The left’s outrage is predictable. They’ve spent years demonizing the very men and women who defend this country, only to now demand their service when their own policies fail. The hypocrisy is staggering. But under Trump, the military isn’t a political tool—it’s an instrument of unmatched power and resolve.
The last military ad I remember seeing was how a young woman with two moms had joined the military, and could climb up a rope. I looked up some Russian military recruitment ads and they featured big strong men who could pull that woman off the rope and throw her 50 feet onto her head.
We cannot run vital agencies and government branches as social programs.
Electric tanks are hilarious. They would have to have gas powered trucks toting gas powered generators that run the charging stations to charge the tanks during a battle. Hey Putin, don’t shoot, I need 30 minutes to charge here.
Nice Ad, however, Trump said, “wars we will end” …not “wars we will win”
…that was disturbing
