Breaking: Biden Judge Shields Terrorist’s Family—Trump Fights Back!

In a shocking display of judicial activism, a federal judge appointed by Joe Biden has temporarily halted President Donald Trump’s efforts to deport the wife and five children of Mohamed Sabry Soliman, the Egyptian terrorist charged with firebombing a pro-Israel demonstration in Boulder, Colorado. U.S. District Judge Gordon Gallagher, a Biden appointee, intervened to block the deportation proceedings just one day after ICE arrested the family, raising serious questions about the priorities of the left-wing judiciary.

The Terror Attack
On June 1, 2025, Mohamed Soliman, a 45-year-old Egyptian national, launched a brutal attack on peaceful pro-Israel demonstrators in Boulder, injuring twelve people with Molotov cocktails and a flamethrower. Eyewitnesses reported that Soliman screamed “Free Palestine” as he targeted families and children in what the FBI swiftly classified as a terrorist attack and hate crime. Soliman, who entered the U.S. legally in 2022 under the Biden administration but overstayed his visa, was charged with attempted murder.

ICE Takes Action—But Biden’s Judge Steps In
In a decisive move to uphold national security, ICE arrested Soliman’s wife and five children on Tuesday. However, Judge Gallagher, reflecting the soft-on-crime policies of the left, immediately issued an order to halt their deportation. CNN, ever eager to downplay the severity of the situation, reported:

“A federal judge issued an order Wednesday to prevent the deportation of the wife and five children of an Egyptian man charged in the firebomb attack in Boulder, Colorado. U.S. District Judge Gordon P. Gallagher granted a request from the family of Mohamed Sabry Soliman to halt deportation proceedings.”

Notably, CNN omitted critical details about the family’s immigration status, leaving unanswered whether they, like Soliman, were in the country illegally. This deliberate vagueness is a hallmark of the liberal media’s efforts to shield illegal aliens from scrutiny—even when they are connected to terrorism.

Trump’s Strong Stance vs. Liberal Weakness
President Trump has consistently prioritized the safety of American citizens, taking swift action to remove individuals who pose a threat to national security. Meanwhile, Biden’s judicial appointees continue to undermine immigration enforcement, putting dangerous criminals and their families above law-abiding Americans. This case is yet another example of how the left’s obsession with open borders and “compassion” for illegal aliens endangers innocent lives.
