Democrats keep up the dog whistles(hitler, threat to democracy, dictator). They know exactly what they are doing and how mentally unstable anyone that listens to them must be.
I’m glad the CPD took this seriously. Now if they would only take seriously the plethora of criminals and misfits running around Chicago on any street corner, and their DA wouldn’t immediately put them back on the street, perhaps they could reduce their crime and murder rate.

As far as the guns go, they were found in his room, not on his person. Is it against the law in Illinois to have guns in your residence, the hotel room being his residence while in Chicago.

I am VERY pro Trump! Chicago is crime ridden, esp the killings in that city. There’s a lot of questions for sure, but in his defense…I would NOT leave my gun(s) unattended in my car (to get stolen) I probably never travel with 4, but two is more normal. It does sound fishy and glad the security is more heightened for Pres. Trump!! I prefer to avoid IL bc of their gun laws. I’d just rather stay home where it’s safe myself. MAGA!
While what he did was not smart in so many ways, it does not rise to the level of “two felony counts of aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.”
Illinois gun laws are unconstitutional but once citizens allowed restrictions on the 2nd amendment in 1938 gun control act, they lost their right and now just argue about how much control to allow. What part of “shall not be infringed” does the writer and the govt and most commenters here not understand! The guy did nothing wrong constitutionally!
