Well, folks, it finally happened. President Trump has officially had enough of the chaos at our border—so much so that he just invoked a wartime law from 1798 to get things under control. And let me tell you, the left is absolutely losing their minds over it.
That’s right—Trump invoked the Alien Enemies Act to speed up mass deportations of Venezuelan nationals who are linked to the Tren de Aragua gang, a brutal crime syndicate that makes MS-13 look like the Cub Scouts. You’d think this would be an easy thing to support—after all, we’re talking about violent criminals infiltrating our country. But nope. Instead, we’re getting the usual chorus of wailing from liberal activists, corporate media hacks, and activist judges who suddenly care about “human rights” (but only for criminals, never for their victims).
The Left Opened the Floodgates—Now Trump Has to Clean Up the Mess
Let’s be clear: this problem didn’t exist before Biden turned the southern border into a free-for-all disaster zone. For four years under Trump, we had illegal immigration at historic lows. Then Biden waltzed in, ripped up every policy that worked, and threw the gates wide open. The result? More than 10 million illegal aliens flooded into the country under his presidency—and among them were thousands of criminals, cartel members, and gang thugs who saw America as an all-you-can-eat buffet of crime and handouts.
Tren de Aragua wasn’t even a blip on our radar a few years ago. Now? They’ve taken over apartment complexes in places like Aurora, Colorado among other atrocities. They’re running human trafficking rings, drug smuggling operations, and extortion rackets up and down the Andean corridor. And Biden? He did nothing.
But now that Trump is back in office, he’s actually doing something about it—and the left can’t stand it. They don’t actually want solutions. They want perpetual chaos.
Democrats Suddenly Care About “Human Rights” – But Not for You
You ever notice how the left only gets worked up about deportations when it’s criminals being targeted? If some hardworking American family is terrorized by illegal gangs, crickets. If an innocent teenager is murdered by someone who should’ve never been in the country in the first place? Nothing but thoughts and prayers—and then they’ll gaslight you and tell you crime isn’t really that bad.
But the moment Trump actually takes action against violent criminals, the left kicks into overdrive. “This is a human rights violation!” “This is a dangerous abuse of power!” “Trump is basically Hitler!” Spare me.
Where were these so-called “civil rights defenders” when American citizens were getting kidnapped, robbed, or killed by these gangs? Where was the outrage when Tren de Aragua members were caught running sex trafficking rings in South America and then sneaking across our border? Oh, that’s right—the media buried it because acknowledging the crime wave would make Biden look bad.
And let’s talk about the joke of a legal challenge that was already filed. A federal judge—appointed by Obama, of course—just slapped a temporary restraining order on Trump’s plan, blocking the deportations for 14 days. And who filed the lawsuit? A group of five Venezuelan men currently sitting in U.S. immigration detention. You can’t make this up. The people we’re literally trying to deport are now using our broken legal system to stall their own deportations.
And the media wants you to believe Trump is the problem?
The Media is Pretending This Law is Some New, Evil Power Grab
One of my favorite parts of this meltdown is how the media is pretending that Trump just invented this law out of thin air. It’s called the Alien Enemies Act of 1798—yes, 1798, meaning it’s been around for over two centuries.
And guess what? It’s been used before. Multiple times.
- During World War I, President Wilson used it to detain German nationals in the U.S.
- During World War II, FDR used it against Japanese, Italian, and German immigrants (though unlike Trump, FDR actually put them in camps, something the left conveniently forgets).
But now, because Trump is using it to deport actual criminals, the left is acting like he’s some kind of tyrant. News flash: he’s using an old law, on the books, exactly as it was intended—to remove threats to national security.
Yet the usual suspects—CNN, The New York Times, and every blue-check “expert” on Twitter—are running the same playbook they always do. They’re pushing the narrative that Trump is abusing his power while conveniently ignoring that Biden let these criminals into the country in the first place.
Final Thoughts
This is what happens when you let Democrats run wild for four years. They wreck the country, let criminals roam free, and then scream bloody murder when someone actually tries to fix it.
Trump is doing exactly what he was elected to do—secure the border and protect American citizens. But don’t expect the left to care. Their outrage isn’t about “human rights” or “the rule of law.” It’s about protecting their failed policies and making sure Trump can’t undo their destruction.
If Democrats actually cared about Americans, they’d be cheering this move, not trying to block it.

it’s time someone did something to rain in the immoral party (dem’s). Trump needs to DAM the torpedos and full speed ahead. It’s time to make and example of some of these perp’s and clean up the country.
It’s time someone does something with these asshole judges that think they have more power than a sitting president. There got to be consequences for these judges just signing anything in front of them if their TRO are recalled they should be fined twenty thousand dollars of their own money this will prevent these schmucks from wasting taxpayers money on bogus TROs they know the won’t stand up in the supreme court’s ruling and they don’t care because nothing ever happens to them. They should be removed from the bench immediately and be fined very very heavily this will stop these corrupt judges from wasting our taxpayers money. They also should be charged with federal obstruction interference charges against a sitting president. It’s time to put these asshole judges in their place behind bars. Remember the American people voted for Trump and his agendas not some schmuck judges who are on the take of kickbacks.
The President needs to continue to do what he was elected to do ……… these liberal judges need to be removed so the administration can remove criminals and illegals.
One question that has yet to answered to my satisfaction: Why does the democrat party want to flood America with Illegal foreign nationals? Political decisions always have been, and always will be influenced for ill by party spirit and concern for personal power.
These leftist judges need to become victims…
