The Power of Authenticity: How Trump’s Unapologetic Style Led to Victory

In an era where image and scripted lines dominate the political landscape, the 2024 election has proven one thing beyond doubt: authenticity prevails. Former President Donald Trump’s stunning victory over Kamala Harris wasn’t just a win in the electoral college; he also secured the popular vote, delivering a resounding message. Americans are done with the fake; they’re rallying behind someone they believe is real.

For months, we’ve watched Harris attempt to pivot, pander, and shape herself to fit every passing trend. Her policies, her public statements, even her image—everything was carefully manufactured to appeal, but not to resonate. Trump, on the other hand, has always been unapologetically Trump. Like it or not, he’s a straight shooter, and that’s what America chose.

The Real vs. the Fake—A Showdown of Stark Contrasts

When Trump announced his campaign back in November 2022, he did so in true Trump fashion: bold, unfiltered, and focused on the issues. His platform was a mirror of his previous term, a vision to “Make America Great Once Again,” focusing on economic growth, border security, and peace through strength. Every point was grounded in what he believed and not what a focus group wanted to hear.

Meanwhile, Harris struggled to establish an authentic connection. Thrust into the presidential race when Biden stepped down, Harris’s campaign centered around vague promises and emotional appeals, but it was clear: she was a candidate crafted by committee. This election boiled down to a choice between someone whose beliefs are evident and someone who shifts with the political winds. And America chose.

Why Trump’s Straight-Talk Resonated with Voters

Trump’s speeches were filled with promises to undo the damage of the Biden-Harris years. He highlighted the skyrocketing inflation, the crisis at our borders, and the collapse of American energy independence. But beyond the promises, there was something more in his tone, a bluntness that only he could pull off. He didn’t shy away from calling out the issues, nor did he pretend to be something he’s not.

Harris, on the other hand, lacked that clarity. From her healthcare flip-flops to her stances on crime, it was clear that her positions depended on the audience. Trump’s popularity in this election wasn’t just about his policies; it was about trust. Americans trusted that they knew who Trump was, and they believed he would fight for them. That trust can’t be manufactured in a campaign ad.

A Victory Against the Odds

Throughout the campaign, Trump faced what no other candidate in modern history has—two assassination attempts, a barrage of legal battles, and relentless media scrutiny. The narrative from his opposition painted him as dangerous, even dictatorial. But with every attack, Trump grew stronger, his message more potent. Each rally drew crowds by the thousands, from coast to coast, culminating in a historic rally at Madison Square Garden.

This wasn’t just a victory over Harris; it was a victory over a system many felt was rigged against him. When he stood in West Palm Beach with his family, taking in the moment of victory, it wasn’t just about policy—it was about resilience.

The Role of Realness in Modern Politics

In the end, voters want to support someone they believe in, not someone who believes in polling data. Trump is a man who doesn’t hide who he is. His language may be brash, his style unconventional, but he doesn’t pretend to be anyone else. Love him or hate him, what you see is what you get.

Harris, on the other hand, was a product of polished press releases and rehearsed talking points, each aimed at different demographics but none ringing true. When it came down to it, people didn’t want a president who checked every politically correct box. They wanted someone who stood firm, for better or worse, and with Trump, they got that.

Trump’s “Golden Age of America” Begins

In his victory speech, Trump promised a “golden age” for America. His goals remain focused on a stronger economy, a secure border, and peace abroad, offering Americans a future of stability and prosperity. This moment is a testament to what happens when leaders remain true to their core beliefs, even in the face of relentless opposition.

And let’s not forget his choice of VP, J.D. Vance, who represents that same level of conviction. Trump, knowing he’d face criticism, stuck with his choice, and his loyalty to Vance mirrors the loyalty his supporters feel toward him.

Trump’s journey has been anything but easy, but each challenge only reaffirmed the loyalty of his base. Authenticity won the day. Americans have signaled they’re done with phoniness; they’re ready for a leader who’ll fight for them with every fiber of his being.

Final Thoughts

Trump’s win is proof that people crave authenticity over pandering. It’s a new chapter, one where Americans are choosing leaders who speak plainly, act boldly, and stick by their word. The “golden age” he promised might just be here, led by a president whose vision is as clear as his convictions.

ELECTION WON, BUT NOT YET PRESIDENT, and only our Sovereign God and Creator – the Alpha and the Omega, the only one who knows the beginning from the end – knows for sure whether Trump will ever take his seat as President on January 20th!

Much could happen between now and then. That said, know that if Trump becomes the 47th President of the United States of America, it will be by God’s hand and His alone:

“This matter is by the decree of the watchers, and the demand by the word of the holy ones: to the intent that the living may know that the most High ruleth in the kingdom of men, and giveth it to whomsoever he will, and setteth up over it the basest of men.” (Daniel 4:17)

“The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge….” (Micah 7:4)

For what purpose does God sometimes choose the worst of men?

For the destruction of wicked nations in rebellion to their God! Case in point: the biblically abominable Constitutional Republic, born of the biblically seditious Constitution.*

While America hopes that Trump is the lesser of two evils (only God knows for sure), if true, he’s, at best, the lesser of two evils and, nonetheless the evil of two lessers.

Without repenting of his constitutional idolary, Trump will only bring temporary relief to some of America’s national woes. In the end, like all other Presidents who have preceded him, he will only succeed in helping advance America on her suicidal trek to the precipice, officially initiated in 1787.

America’s only hope for salvation from the precipice is a return to Yahweh as her Sovereign and thus His moral law as supreme, exclusively governed by biblically qualified men of God, who per Romans 13:1-7 are a “continual” blessing to the righteous and a perpetual terror to the wicked.**

In 2016 I voted for Donald Trump and was filled with excitement for the next four years. Last night after Donald Trump won I was more relieved than excited. The American people have spoken. We are everyday average people who have had enough of the bull shit shoved down our throats. Thank you America for electing Donald Trump as our 47th president of the United States.
