HALPERIN: I told you for several months, I said, ‘Joe, best Biden ever has become the symbol for the right of those media and MSNBC having, having so much Trump derangement syndrome that you’re claiming that a guy who’s clearly lost mental acuity is the best Biden ever… Looking back at that, do you say, well, it was misleading to say best Biden ever without caveating it and say, except on the days when he’s not the best Biden ever.
SCARBOROUGH: Oh, but I never saw those days personally—
HALPERIN: Well, you did! You did because you saw him address a dead congresswoman, and you saw him in South Carolina.
SCARBOROUGH: The dead congresswoman, yeah.
HALPERIN: Yeah, well, more than that, I mean, I can show you the RNC clip reels. There were plenty of days in public when he, when he was not the best Biden ever.
SCARBOROUGH: He stumbled and bumbled around, Mark. I mean, yeah, he certainly did. Uh, Donald Trump did, other politicians did…
Scarborough’s immediate pivot to Trump is telling. Instead of owning his role in propping up Biden’s failing mental state, he resorts to the left’s favorite tactic: Whataboutism. Even when pressed on Biden’s visible decline—mistaking a deceased congresswoman for a living one, incoherent speeches, and endless gaffes—Scarborough still couldn’t resist dragging Trump into the conversation. This is the same media that spent years hyperventilating over Trump’s every word while giving Biden a free pass for his alarming cognitive struggles.

The hypocrisy is staggering. Scarborough and his co-host Mika Brzezinski have spent years painting Trump as unstable while bending over backward to dismiss Biden’s obvious deterioration. Yet when faced with reality, they stutter, deflect, and scramble to change the subject. Meanwhile, President Trump remains sharp, commanding, and unapologetically America First—delivering fiery speeches, outmaneuvering opponents, and proving daily why he’s the leader this nation needs.
The liberal media’s double standard couldn’t be clearer. They’ll gaslight the public to protect their failing Democratic allies while smearing Trump at every turn. But the American people aren’t fooled. They see Biden’s weakness—and they remember Trump’s strength.
