Gutfeld Blasts Roberts: ‘Shut the F-Up, Trump Protects 300 Million!’

On Tuesday morning, Chief Justice John Roberts delivered a rare public rebuke, defending District Judge James Boasberg and criticizing President Trump’s call for the impeachment of judges. This came after President Trump demanded Judge Boasberg’s impeachment for ordering planes deporting criminal Venezuelan aliens to turn around and bring violent criminals, including murderers and rapists, back into the United States.

Notably, Judge Boasberg failed to disclose that his daughter works with criminal illegal aliens, raising questions about his impartiality. Instead of addressing the judicial overreach of Boasberg and other leftist district court judges who are undermining the authority of the 47th President of the United States, Roberts chose to lecture President Trump. This blatant double standard has sparked outrage among Americans who are tired of the liberal elite’s attempts to sabotage the President’s efforts to protect the nation.

On Tuesday night, Greg Gutfeld, host of The Five on Fox News, unleashed a fiery response to Chief Justice Roberts’ comments. Gutfeld, speaking for millions of Americans, called out Roberts for his hypocrisy and failure to understand the gravity of the situation. “Look, John Roberts says it’s not appropriate. It’s not an appropriate response when you disagree with the judge,” Gutfeld began. “It is really a surprise to me that Trump doesn’t follow the appropriate protocol when there are rapists and murderers invading our country.”

Gutfeld continued, “Maybe a guy in a robe in DC can follow all the protocols, but Trump is the effing President of the United States who protects 300 million plus people. He is a leader who does not have the luxury of opening up his little books to read, ‘Oh, my God, maybe he didn’t do it the right way.’ Roberts, shut the F-up. This is something that a president has to do.”

Gutfeld’s impassioned defense of President Trump highlights the stark contrast between the President’s decisive leadership and the liberal media’s relentless attacks on his every move. While the left-leaning media and judicial activists continue to undermine Trump’s efforts to secure the border and protect American citizens, the President remains steadfast in his commitment to putting America first. The liberal media’s obsession with portraying Trump as a villain blinds them to the real threats facing the nation, such as the influx of violent criminals and the erosion of law and order.

The transcript from Gutfeld’s segment underscores the frustration felt by many Americans who are tired of the liberal establishment’s attempts to delegitimize President Trump’s authority. Instead of holding rogue judges accountable for their blatant disregard for national security, figures like Roberts choose to chastise the President for daring to challenge their authority. This double standard is emblematic of the broader liberal agenda to undermine Trump’s presidency at every turn.

Is the member of the Ft. Myers City Council in the United States legally ? If so, welcome ! If here illegally, deportation is in order. The City Council member tries to aid and abet criminals, by masking the difference.

Chief Justice Roberts my butt, this fake conservative has hurt the conservative American from the first day he was confirmed and is just getting more and more left wing everyday. In addition to Roberts now he has little copy cat and big brother follower Amy Coney Barrett following every bad ruling he makes.

John Roberts, chief justice, has been a phony conservative, since Bush put him in 2005. Just look at his judgements, he hates Trump. He should never be the chief justice, he is so compromised, and untrustworthy completely. We need another conservative judge on the court, because we can’t trust two fakers. I’m sick that judges, are without common sense at times, who can we trust?

This is why we need to seriously think about impeaching some traitorous Supreme Court Justices. Now they have one who can’t even define what a woman is? So how is that DEI hire supposed to make any judgments involving women when she can’t even define it? And as for Roberts, he is a snake-in-the-grass, and has made numerous rulings on the side of the corrupt ones!

All IS being REVEALED! President Trump said, We have it ALL. 500,000 sealed indictments are being unsealed and prosecuted. Can only hope and pray that Roberts and Comey’s names are on two, for Crimes against humanity. NCSWIC, WWG1WGA, and P.A.N.I.C. Americans First! MAGA and more!

No need for impeachment. Have Congress refund the courts. There is no federal judiciary in the constitution. Only the Supreme Court is constitutional. Justice Robert’s needs to follow the constitution. That is his ONLY job

So there is an impeachment process but it should not be used. Since when is a 200 year old law not allowed to be used by a sitting president and can be blocked by a nobody trial judge The courts are way overstepping their boundaries and impeachment is in order. Start making examples of these loons.

Roberts has no scope or knowledge of what is happening to to the women and children of our nation, or he would rein in it socialist companions!

Supreme Court has some low IQ judges. Chief Justice criticizing Trump clearly shows that he is out of touch with what’s going on in America nowadays. Chief Justice, you’re the problem.

AMERICA FIRST, by Amil Imani — John Roberts is the Judas of the Judiciary. (Original from American Thinker) [I wish I could take credit for more than a few minor edits for clarity.]

Chief Justice John Roberts was expected to be a conservative stalwart and a guardian of the Constitution, appointed by George W. Bush to guide the Supreme Court towards ‘originalist’ principles. Instead, he has transformed into something completely different—a turncoat whose rulings have betrayed the values he vowed to uphold. For those of us who believed in a judiciary that would honor the will of the people and the intent of our founders, Roberts has become the ultimate disappointment, a Judas in black robes, selling out the American Right for “thirty pieces of silver” from the progressive elite.

Let’s start with the Affordable Care Act… In 2012, conservatives held their breath as NFIB v. Sebelius threatened to unravel Obamacare, a bloated government overreach that symbolized everything we despise about the Left’s nanny-state agenda. Roberts had the chance to strike it down. Instead, he twisted logic into knots, declaring the individual mandate to be a “tax” rather than a penalty — a semantic trick that saved Obama’s signature legislation. Legal scholars still scratch their heads over that one, but the message was clear: Roberts wasn’t here to fight for principle! He was here to play it safe, cozying up to the Beltway cocktail circuit where moderation is the currency of prestige.

Fast forward to 2020, when election integrity hung in the balance. After a chaotic presidential race that was marred by many serious allegations of fraud… claims that millions of Americans still find credible… Roberts had another chance to prove his mettle when the State of Texas brought a case challenging the election procedures in several swing states, and conservatives begged the Court to hear it. Roberts refused! He didn’t just avoid responsibility; he ensured the case was dead on arrival, reportedly pressuring his colleagues to sidestep any “political controversy.” Never mind that the Constitution’s survival sometimes requires tough choices. For Roberts, maintaining his reputation as a neutral arbiter outweighed any obligation to the republic. The result? A stolen election–or at least the strong perception of one—was left to fester while Roberts washed his hands of the matter, like Pontius Pilate.

Then there’s his track record on cultural issues, where his betrayal of conservatism cuts the deepest. In the 2020 case of Bostock v. Clayton County, Roberts joined the liberal bloc to redefine “sex” in Title VII, effectively rewriting federal law to include sexual orientation and gender identity. This wasn’t merely interpretation; it was legislation from the bench, a favor to the woke mob, that undermined religious liberty and common sense. Conservatives who had spent decades battling judicial activism looked on in horror as their “reliable” Chief Justice handed progressives a victory they couldn’t achieve at the ballot box. The man once celebrated as a ‘textualist’. revealed himself as a weather vane, swaying to the winds of cultural pressure.
What drives this treachery? Some say it’s cowardice—an obsession with dodging the Left’s inevitable tantrums. Others suggest leverage: rumors of compromising secrets or backroom deals have swirled around Roberts for years, from his unusual handling of the FISA court to his adoption records from Ireland. We may never know the complete story, but the pattern is unmistakable. Time and again, when the stakes are highest, Roberts flinches. He’s not a warrior for the Constitution; he’s a referee, more concerned with the game’s optics than with its outcome.

Compare him to the justices whom conservatives admire. Clarence Thomas, a lion of ‘originalism’, who never wavers, delivering opinions rooted in “first principles,” regardless of the backlash. Samuel Alito, another Bush appointee, has also consistently stood against the tide of progressive overreach. Even the Trump trio—Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett, have shown more backbone in their short tenures than Roberts has in two decades. And yet, it’s Roberts who holds the gavel, setting the Court’s agenda and casting decisive votes. His influence isn’t just disappointing… it’s disastrous.

The Right trusted Roberts to be our champion, but he has become our albatross. His tenure is a cautionary tale about the dangers of establishment picks—those polished résumés and Ivy League backgrounds that mask a weak character. We don’t need more Roberts clones hiding their cowardice behind robes of respectability; we need justices who stand their ground, confront the howling mobs, and say, “This is the law, and it doesn’t bend for your feelings.” [AMEN!]

So, where do we go from here? Roberts isn’t going anywhere soon—he’s only 70; and justices cling to their positions like barnacles. But conservatives can send a message: demand accountability from our leaders. Advocate for nominees who will counter his weaknesses with unapologetic strength. And never forget: the judiciary isn’t a gentleman’s club—it’s a battlefield. Roberts may have surrendered, but the war for America’s soul rages on.
Ultimately, John Roberts will be remembered not as a conservative hero but as a traitor who exchanged principles for applause. His legacy is a warning etched in the rubble of rulings that could have saved us. Judas betrayed with a kiss; Roberts betrays with a gavel.

    The Right deserves better!!!
