Bernie Sanders lives like the oligarchs he claims to despise

Bernie’s anti-rich tour came with a rich travel bill

Sen. Bernie Sanders has spent years telling Americans that the nation’s wealthy class needs to be reined in. That message plays well with the far left crowd, but the travel choices tied to his so-called “Fighting Oligarchy” tour are drawing plenty of attention for all the wrong reasons. According to reports, Sanders and his team used private jets and limousines while crisscrossing the country to rail against wealth, greed, and elite power. Nothing says “down with the ruling class” quite like arriving in style that most working people could never dream of affording. It is the kind of thing that makes ordinary Americans roll their eyes and wonder if the sermon was mostly for them, not for him.

The hypocrisy is hard to miss

Sanders has made a career out of attacking “oligarchs,” Wall Street, and the so-called billionaire class, but this travel setup looks a lot like the very world he loves to condemn. Conservatives have long pointed out that the progressive elite often live by one set of rules while demanding another for everyone else. They ask Americans to cut back, pay more, and accept less, all while enjoying the comforts that come with money, status, and special treatment. The private jet and limo reports do not just raise eyebrows. They practically launch them into orbit. If you want to sell a revolution, it helps not to show up like the caterer for the revolution’s after-party.

Americans are tired of being lectured by the well-connected

What makes this story stick is not just the travel expense, but the tone-deaf message behind it. Working families are still dealing with high prices, shrinking paychecks, and a government that seems more interested in politics than relief. So when a wealthy career politician lectures the country about inequality while moving around like a rock star, people notice. That is especially true on the right, where voters are fed up with the endless parade of coastal elites who talk about sacrifice from the comfort of first-class life. Sanders can call it activism if he wants, but to many Americans it looks like old-fashioned hypocrisy with a fancy ride attached.

Sanders is the WORST HYPOCRITE in the under-achieving Senate, not to mention the disgrace he is towards Israel and the Jewish people. Every morning I wake up and wonder, “is this the blessed day I’ll read his obituary?”
