Devin Nunes Says His Phone Records Do Not Match the Ones Schiff Published

Adam Schiff is playing fast and loose with the constitution by gathering phone records of a sitting member of congress, an investigative reporter and even the private attorney for the president of the United States. But, he could be in even bigger trouble if he altered or falsified those records. Rep Devin Nunes said that he went back and checked his phone records and they are different than the ones that Schiff released.

Adam Schiff said on Sunday that he didn’t subpoena the pone records and anyone who says he did is lying. This is even more troubling than if he did subpoena them. Why? Well, if you didn’t subpoena them from the phone company, where could he have possibly gotten them from? Who would have those at their disposal? The NSA, who are prevented by law from sharing those records unless someone is charged with espionage.

Schiff acted on the fake news report that Rep Nunes had met with Viktor Shokin, the lead prosecutor Joe Biden got fired to protect his son Hunter from criminal charges connected to his job with Burisma in Vienna. Nunes has filed a $435 million dollar lawsuit against CNN and is readying a second one against the Daily Beast for running the fake stories.

Nunes says he is currently speaking to his legal team about a lawsuit against Adam Schiff. I would imagine every Democrat who signed off on the report would possibly be co-defendants in any lawsuit brought by Nunes.

From The Gateway Pundit

On Saturday morning Devin Nunes told FOX and Friends that his phone records do not match what Schiff and the Democrats put in their report.

Devin Nunes: So finally yesterday I had a chance to go through all my phone records and I can tell you my phone records do not match what Schiff and the Democrats put in that report… I can tell you it doesn’t match. I have one call with Rudy Giuliani in April, one in May. The rest of the calls are either when somebody didn’t connect or it was voicemail. So, one in April, one in May. I have a call from someone who I assume is Parnes’s wife, it’s registered to a lady… I can tell you there’s no way about me being in Vienna.
