Zelensky Wants To Be Remembered For Loving Life To The Fullest

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated in an interview with Jake Tapper, an anchor for CNN, that he does not expect, or want, to be remembered as a hero for this time.

Throughout the interview that finally aired this past Sunday on “State of the Union,” Zelensky talked with Tapper in Lviv, Ukraine, concerning a large array of topics, up to and including the possibility that he may not survive this ongoing defense effort against Russia.

“There is a chance that you will not survive this war,” stated Tapper, finally addressing the elephant in the room so to speak. “The Russians have made it clear that they consider you a Nazi … etc … all that nonsense.”

“How do you want the Ukrainian people to remember you? How do you want your son and daughter to remember you?” questioned Tapper.

The Ukrainian former actor and comedian who became president was very clear that notoriety was not the reason he was fighting. “A human being that loved life to the fullest. And loved his family and loved his motherland. Definitely not a hero, he stated in response while making use of a translator.

“I want people to take me as I am: a regular human,” stated Zelensky in conclusion.

Despite the wishes and claims from Zelensky himself, there are many who see the Ukrainian leader  as a folk hero of sorts, highlighting that he, with the help of his security forces and intelligence staff, has already halted quite a few assassination attempts.

As reported by The Daily Wire:

An assassination attempt on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky was foiled and a Russian hit squad was “destroyed” after Ukrainians were tipped off by Russian spies, a Ukrainian official said Tuesday on Ukrainian television.

Secretary of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council Oleksiy Danilov said “that his country received information about a planned assassination attempt on President Volodymyr Zelensky from agents of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation (FSB),” National Review reported.

“I can say that we received information from representatives of the FSB, who today have no desire to take part in this bloody war,” Danilov said.

In a recent episode of comedian Bill Maher’s HBO show “Real Time with Bill Maher,”  Maher stated that Zelensky was outright proving that people held dear, and just needed, examples of “grown-a** men.”

“It’s not always a great advantage being a man, and toxic though we may be, we do sometimes come in handy,” stated Maher. “He can’t share right now; he’s killing Russians. Turns out after 200,000 years there’s still a lot of ‘another tribe is coming to kill us.’ And when that happens, you want a little ‘big d**k energy.'”

Maher continued on to state that while the experts for the situation may all claim that women wanted men who were more sensitive and good listeners, there was certainly a need for men who were willing to take the initiative to find what needed fixing and just take care of it.

“Zelensky is not just listening, he’s fixing the problem,” he concluded.
