An indefinite suspension has been handed down by the U.S. Army to a retired three-star general regarding a consulting position, pending the final results of an investigation into a recent tweet that seemed to be mocking a social media post about abortion from First Lady Jill Biden.
It was confirmed by USA Today that retired Lt. Gen. Gary Volesky, who had been “advising senior military officers, staff and students participating in war games and other military activities,” has been officially suspended, sans compensation, from his $92 per hour contract due his recent reply to a social media post from FLOTUS.
“For nearly 50 years, women have had the right to make our own decisions about our bodies. Today, that right was stolen from us,” stated a tweet from Biden back on the 24th of June, seemingly in reaction to the U.S. Supreme Court officially choosing to overturn Roe v. Wade. “And while we may be devastated by this injustice, we will not be silent. We will not sit back as the progress we have already won slips away.”
“Glad to see you finally know what a woman is,” stated Volesky, which was interpreted as mocking FLOTUS via a social media reply.

The White House, along with many leading Democrats, has been the target of heavy criticism online for its advocating of policies that differentiate boys and girls and men and women based on gender identity, instead of making use of biological sex.
Most notably, Matt Walsh posed Democrats one simple, but seemingly vexing question, “What is a woman?” when pushing back against radical gender theory. As part of his recent documentary “What is a Woman?” many of those in academia, and others swearing by the ideology, found it extremely difficult or even impossible to give that question a straight answer.
“They say that biology has nothing to do with womanhood,” expressed Walsh. “Well, then what does have something to do with womanhood? If we cannot define a woman physically, how can we define her? What is a woman? What does the word mean? If you are on the Left, what exactly are you trying to say the word, woman, means? When you say that such and such biological man is a woman, what are you actually trying to convey about that person? What do you mean that Lia Thomas is a woman? What is that supposed to mean?”
Volesky’s comments towards Biden seem to fall into that same category. Overall, an investigation concerning the social media post will decide the final outcome for Volesky.
