It’s Official: You’re Now More Likely to Know a Hooker Than a CNN Viewer

CNN is paying a heavy price for making itself the anti-Trump fake news network. In prime time, their numbers are down 26% from last year and last year was lousy for them. The station must be on life support.

And whoever decided to leave Jeff Zucker in charge should be in the unemployment line. Zucker has been a disaster due to his extreme case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. CNN has had to resort to massive layoffs to remain afloat. In the coming election season, it’s unlikely that they will recover their viewers and they will not reap a windfall like they normally would.

CNN is tasting the fruits of its anti-Trump labors as the latest reports on ratings show the network seems to be on life support during its prime time hours.

April numbers proved disastrous for CNN as it faced its lowest-rated month among total viewers in nearly four years, and a drop of 26 percent in its prime time lineup, according to Forbes.

It seems the bubble-bursting report from special counsel Robert Mueller ending the collusion delusion hit the Trump-designated “fake news” network pretty hard as CNN’s total audience in prime time came in way under a million viewers, with only 767,000 – a drop of nearly 40 percent from its peak in 2016. In comparison, Fox News Channel left the competition in the dust with a total audience of 2.395 million in prime time.

CNN drew only 198,000 viewers among 25-54 year olds, behind MSNBC with 255,000 and Fox News which pulled in 389,000 in the demographic. And in the  network’s highest-rated hour in prime time, “Cuomo Primetime” saw its  worst performance in April, drawing in only 917,000 viewers and finishing in 26th place.
