Democrats And The Media Jump To Conclusions…..Again….

A horrible accident has stricken the Stonewall Pride Parade that takes place in Wilton Manors, Florida. In a display that shows their true colors, the Democrats and their media supporters have sprinted ahead in order to use the tragic accident as a political weapon to try and attack Republicans.

At the event, one man was killed and another injured when the driver of a pickup truck accelerated and ran them down. Within minutes of the strategy taking place, and before any facts could be drawn from the chaos, Democrats ran to the media, who sensationalized their tales, screaming that the accident was a preplanned and deliberate attack on the LGBT community of the area.

The Democratic Mayor of For Lauderdale, Dean Trantalis, was in attendance at the event and claimed the truck just missed Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) “by inches” and sounded the alarm that the ordeal was in fact a “terrorist attack.”

“This is a terrorist attack against the LGBT community,” Trantalis stated to WPLG. “This is exactly what it is. Hardly an accident. It was deliberate, it was premeditated, and it was targeted against a specific person. Luckily they missed that person, but unfortunately, they hit two other people.”

When Trantalis sprinted to the media to make these asinine statements, there was no evidence at all to support any of the claims he was insanely spouting.

A possible witness, Wasserman Schultz, was reportedly seated in a convertible and getting ready to appear in the parade. Currently, reports vary and it isn’t very clear how far from the incident she was at the time.

Trantalis’ false claims have already hit the Twitter echo chamber and spread all across social media, and as reported in other media reports, many blame a law recently signed by Ron DeSantis, the Republican Governor of Florida, as the cause of the accident. The bill that DeSantis signed provided limited legal protection to divers who are sued in the wake of running into protesters and rioters when the driver feels that they were threatened, but it does not, as the majority of the Left proclaimed Sunday morning, allow people completely immunity to just run down protesters, and nor does it give anyone the right, what so ever, to run through parade participants.

However, in a span of no more than 12 hours since the incident, we have seen a new Twitter hashtag “#DeathSantis” still hold strong trending status without any marker talking about the complete misinformation surround the event. This is something that Twitter was oh so quick to force out any time former President Donald Trump tweeted ANYTHING.

After even the slightest investigation, we now know that the accident was not a “premeditated” “terrorist attack,” but the result of a horribly tragic accident. The man that was driving the truck had been wearing a Fort Lauderdale Gay men’s Chorus T-shirt, and his membership in the group was confirmed by the chorus’ president, Justin Knight, who stated that the driver was “part of the Chorus family.”

“Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected by the tragic accident that occurred when the Stonewall Pride Parade was just getting started,” Knight stated in a release. “Our fellow Chorus members were those injured and the driver was also a part of the Chorus family. To my knowledge, this was not an attack on the LGBTQ community. We anticipate more details to follow and ask for the community’s love and support.”

Other witnesses also stated to WPLG that they had heard the driver telling police officials after the incident that it had been a horrible accident.

As for Wasserman Schultz, She stated that she did not think that the incident was a terrorist attack at all.

“I am deeply shaken and devastated that a life was lost and others seriously injured at tonight’s Wilton Manors Stonewall Pride Parade,” stated Wasserman Schultz.

“My staff, volunteers and I are, thankfully, safe. I want to thank our first responders for their heroic efforts as both police and emergency medical personnel stepped into action quickly,” she concluded. “We’re praying for the victims and their loved ones as law enforcement investigates and I am providing them with whatever assistance I can. I am so heartbroken by what took place at this celebration.”
