Daughter of former President Bill Clinton and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, Chelsea Clinton is going to launch a new podcast on the iHeartMedia on April 13.
Clinton’s podcast will be titled “In Fact with Chelsea Clinton” and will interview guests while referencing her previous work in public health, politics, and international relations, reported the Associated Press.
In a statement talking about the introduction of the show, Iheart Radio said:
“The COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t just upended our sense of “normal” — it has laid bare so much about our health care, infrastructure, politics, and culture, and the deep inequities built into all of these. But, as people working in public health — and those living these issues every day — know all too well, none of this is new.
In Chelsea Clinton’s new podcast she sits down with everyone from Jane Fonda to Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser to Jonathan Van Ness, and more to talk about how public health affects their lives and ours.”
The Associated Press reported, “The first podcast will feature Queer Eye’s Jonathan Van Ness, who in 2019 announced he was HIV-positive; and HIV physician and health equity advocate Dr. Oni Blackstock.”
in a release, Clinton stated, “With more attention than ever being paid to public health, we have an opportunity to expand awareness beyond COVID-19 to other real and pervasive issues that impact us all.”
“On this podcast, I’m looking forward to bringing conversations with some of the smartest and most interesting people I know to a new audience. From stigma to choice to the environment, my hope is that listeners will walk away from each episode informed, entertained, inspired, and with a better understanding of why public health matters — certainly in this moment and always,” she added.
This past Tuesday, Clinton tweeted an announcement about the release of the show stating, “Excited to share a new project I’ve been working on – In Fact, a podcast to explore public health issues in the midst of #covid19 and beyond. We’ll talk about stigma, climate change, choice & more. Hope you’ll listen and subscribe!”

Hillary and Bill Clinton are already hosts of their own podcasts that are also hosted on the iHeartPodcast Network, as well. Hillary Clinton, former first lady and Democratic presidential candidate, recently expanded on her work by moving into the new role of political thriller author. As reported by The Daily Wire, “Former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is co-writing a political thriller about a fictitious Secretary of State who joins the cabinet of a political rival and fights terrorist attacks.”
Previously, Chelsea Clinton has published several children’s books and held a position as a special correspondent for NBC News in 2013 and 2014. She also holds the position of vice-chair of the Clinton Foundation and has worked at McKinsey & Company and Avenue Capital.
