Biden Gives Harris An Accidental Promotion….Again

This past Tuesday, Old Uncle Joe took time to talk to a crowd in Atlanta, Georgia, to talk about the push from the Democratic Party for two federal bills that are allegedly about protecting voting rights, but ended up making an unforced error when reading from his teleprompter as he referred to his Vice President, Kamala Harris, as “President Harris.” This is not the first instance of Biden making the mistake of misidentifying his second in command.

“Last week, President Harris and I stood in the United States Capitol,” stated the President incorrectly in reference to the remembrance of the January 6 riot by the Democrats in which Harris tried to draw a parallel between the riots and both Pearl Harbor and 9/11.

Townhall.com caught the slip-up and made sure to highlight it in a tweet:

As seen in the video, Biden is attempting to read from his teleprompter so it is still not clear as to how he messed up her title once again.

Back near the end of December 2020, Biden also made this mistake by calling the vice-president, “President Harris” while giving a commencement speech at South Carolina State University.

“… President Harris, who’s a proud Howard alum, she might have something to say about Delaware State,” stated the president during his speech.

The speech, which took place in Georgia, has ended up being a disaster, politically speaking. The White House has been rushing to try and establish damage control in the wake of 2022 Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams issuing the claim that she would not be coming on stage alongside Biden because of a “scheduling conflict. ”

“Abrams welcomed today’s visit from President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris on social media, but she won’t be with them when they speak in Atlanta today. The Democratic candidate for governor cited a scheduling conflict for not being there,” reported the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “Several voting rights groups also won’t attend, after saying separately they’ll boycott the Biden-Harris trip promoting voting rights in Atlanta on Tuesday.”

In that same vein, Tim Murtaugh, a former spokesman for the Trump campaign, stated that it was “an incredible snub of both Biden and Harris, who will be in the capital city of Stacey Abrams’ own state to talk about her signature issue. Somehow she can’t find the time to be there. Gives you an idea of how politically toxic Joe Biden really is.”

Biden spoke up about the missing politician by stating that everything was ok between the two parties.

“I spoke to Stacey this morning. We have a great relationship. We got our scheduling mixed up,” stated Biden to reporters on Tuesday. “We’re all on the same page.”
