“Actress” Urges Hollywood to Boycott Georgia over ‘Heartbeat’ Abortion Bill

Alyssa Milano was, if you ask me, on the outs of Hollywood as of late. I’m sure she’s worked but nothing of note I think. Then she had a role on the Netflix series Insatiable and suddenly we all seemed to notice her again.

The series, according to IMDB is about “A disgraced, dissatisfied civil lawyer-turned-beauty pageant coach takes on a vengeful, bullied teenager as his client and has no idea what he’s about to unleash upon the world.”

Milano plays the wayward wife of the “disgraced civil lawyer”. But enough about that. Ya see the series is set and filmed in Georgia. A series that, one could argue, put Malino back into the spotlight besides saying whacky liberal things, ya know? Given that, however, I guess I shouldn’t be surprised that she’s now openly bashing the state for passing a new law that has the potential to save the lives of the unborn, the Heartbeat bill.

Georgia’s current law allows abortions to be performed up to 20 weeks into the pregnancy. The bill will allow rape and incest victims to have an abortion up to 20 weeks but would require them to file an official police report, 11 Alive reported.

It’s not perfect but it’s a step in the right direction.

So how would a star that landed a role in a series about murder and mystery that puts her back in the acting spotlight respond? Well…

“There are over 20 productions shooting in GA & the state just voted to strip women of their bodily autonomy. Hollywood! We should stop feeding GA economy. #HB481IsBadForBusiness,” tweeted Milano who is currently filming season 2 right here in Georgia.

Let’s get real here… liberals need to grow up. I have a theory about THAT but I won’t get into it here (it basically has to do with waiting till later in life to have kids) but you would think she would be more grateful to the state that has helped put her back into the proper spotlight.
