As the Senate voted to reopen government operations today at 81 to 18, Mitch McConnell caved to Democrats and RINOS alike and agreed to open negotiations on immigration and Dreamers.

Taking it a step further and by golly really showing those RINO colors, Senator Susan Collins freaking CHEERED the vote…

Only Rand Paul and Mike Lee voted against it.

It should be REALLY telling where Collins is on the matter as she and Democrat Joe Manchin are seen cheering the idea of the negotiations. I know not everyone always has to be on the same page but this is something I think no Republican would support.

Let this be a lesson for any of you that voted for her…

After the bill passed, McConnell told senators that in the weeks ahead “the best from all of us” would be required… later commenting “brinksmanship and hostage-taking do not work. They make bipartisan progress harder —  not easier — to achieve.” except, isn’t that what the Democrats did?

He called on the Senate to “focus on the common good” and not the “warped priorities of extreme voices, no matter how loudly they shout at us to do otherwise.”

Again.. just pure crap. They whined like punk b*tches to get their way… shut down the government. Come on!

Some Democrats voted against the bill… Richard Blumenthal, Cory Booker, Catherine Cortez Masto, Dianne Feinstein, Kirsten Gillibrand, Kamala Harris, Mazie Hirono, Patrick Leahy, Ed Markey, Bob Menendez, Jeff Merkley, Chris Murphy, Jon Tester, Elizabeth Warren, and Ron Wyden. Independent Sen. Bernie Sanders, who caucuses with Democrats, also voted against ending debate.

“After extensive discussions with Senators, on both sides of the aisle, I believe such a proposal would pass if it was understood that after February 8, the Senate would move to an immigration debate with an open amendment process if no agreement has been reached with the White House and House of Representatives,” Lindsey Graham said in a statement over the weekend.

Are we caving or perhaps is there much more to come… I have to wonder if the move may be linked to the possible release of the FISA memo. I know I know, speculations / conspiracy theory but we don’t need to let that drop.

Many officials took to social media to talk about how d*mning it was. Let us not forget.
