Flynn Intel Group, Mike Flynn’s consulting firm, apparently signed a $600k deal last August with a Dutch shell company that’s linked to the Turkish government and he did not disclose this until March 7, 2017 when he registered as a foreign agent of Turkey. And that’s not the end of it.
In December of 2015 he was paid $45k to attend an event in Moscow by a news outlet that’s known to be controlled by the Russian Government. And he sat next to Vladimir Putin during that event. All of this and former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, former foreign policy adviser Carter Page, and informal adviser Roger Stone are said to be under investigation.
Phone calls occurred during and after the Obama admin. placed sanctions on Russia when they were suspected of tampering with the 2016 presidential campaign. Flynn claimed that he did not discuss the sanctions during the phone calls though intercepted transcripts show otherwise.
Flynn may have misled the FBI about the phone call during an interview on Jan. 24.
These are just a few of things happening in the world of Mike Flynn.
