Democrats Rage At Kanye West’s ‘Apparent Mockery’ of Vice-President Harris

At a Miami promotional event for his new album titled “Donda 2,” Kanye West has started stirring up drama. As read from a social media post, the attendees of the event included rappers French Montana, Sean Combs, and Cordae Amari Dunston along with Elon Musk the CEO of Tesla.

After the show, Ye used a small sound clip of Vice President Kamala Harris using her heavily quoted “We did it Joe, we did it,” as groups of dancers dressed in black marched around the singer and a church through water, reported Fox News.

This line is famously taken from a video segment that was tweeted out by Harris in early November of 2020 which showed the VP calling Old Uncle Joe to congratulate him on winning the oval office. Despite the fact that West did not give any commentary, at all,  throughout the performance, herds of Twitter users just assumed that the award-winning musician was trying to mock Harris as the approval rating for both her and Biden continue to plummet to historical lows.

One Twitter account, Occupy Democrats, gave their thoughts on West’s use of the viral clip.

“BREAKING: Infamous pro-Trump rapper Kanye West samples Kamala Harris’ viral “We did it Joe!” soundbite during his new album livestream in apparent mockery of the vice president,” wrote the account. “RT IF YOU THINK KANYE IS AN IGNORANT FOOL!”

Their take on West using the viral clip may or may not be true, but one fact, however, is entirely true. The horribly polling data for Harris and Biden both in the wake of ongoing issues along the southern border, record-shattering inflation numbers, and the president’s horrible handling of the troop withdrawal from Afghanistan.

As seen earlier this past month, the approval ratings for Old Uncle Joe have plummeted to well below 40% according to RealClearPolitics, which is a career-low for him to cap off a steady drop starting last October. A poll from Fox News discovered that 47% of respondents were in approval of Biden with a staggering 52% disapproving of him. the numbers were even worse for Harris with only 43% of respondents showing approval and a massive 54% disapproving of the vice president.

The use of this Harris sound clip was not the only notable event during Ye’s performance. He also saw backlash for the line, “When you laid down and I gave you the semen, I swear I heard God, the voice of Morgan Freeman.”

“Kanye wants $200 for this,” stated Travon Free, a comedian, seemingly in reference to the fact that West stated his intent to only release the new “Donda 2” album on his own proprietary Stem Player which totals out at almost $200.

Kanye’s post on social media stated, “Donda 2 will only be available on my own platform, the Stem Player. Not on Apple Amazon Spotify or YouTube. Today artists get just 12% of the money the industry makes. It’s time to free music from this oppressive system. It’s time to take control and build our own. Go to stemplayer.com now to order.”
