Recently, famed conservative pundit Judge Jeanine Pirro alleged that Whoopi Goldberg, one of the hosts of The View lost her cool and threw her out of the building simply for having a different set of views and values than her.
After the interview leaned into President Trump, Pirro accused Whoopi of having “Trump Derangement Syndrome” and that didn’t sit well with the long-time comedian:
“Listen, I don’t have ‘Trump Derangement.’ Let me tell you what I have… “I’m tired of people starting a conversation with ‘Mexicans are liars and rapists.’ I’m tired of people starting a conversation about this country. Listen, I’m 62 years old. There have been a lot of people in office that I didn’t agree with, but I have never, ever seen anything like this. I have never seen anybody whip up such hate. I have never seen anybody be so dismissive.”
She then asked Pirro, “How long has the deep state been there, and who is running it?”
“Well, I want to answer your question,” Pirro responded. “Your opening statement, which is how horrible it is that Donald Trump is talking about all of these people … Whoopi, you know what’s horrible? When people who shouldn’t be here end up murdering the children of American citizens.”
Goldberg then lost her cool: “You know what’s horrible is when the President of the United States whips up people to beat the hell out of people. Say goodbye. I’m done. I’m done.” The View then went to commercial returning without Pirro.
